- Inspect every property after each and every cleaning

We specialize in:
Preparing a marketing plan.
- Providing competitive rental rates
- Obtaining rental applications from prospective tenants
- Screening prospects by performing credit check through the national credit bureau
- Inventorying property prior to leasing and inspect at end of lease
- Performing regular inspections (outlined in lease and management agreement) to ensure tenant is caring for property
